How long is the shipping process?

As that each order is individually handcrafted ensuring that you receive a freshly made product, the production time is 1 to 2 days. Immediately after your order is freshly made, it will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. We take pride in providing our customers with excellent products.

What is your company's exchange/refund policy?

Our company do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with a fragrance or unsure about a product that you are unfamiliar with and would like to try it, we do sell sample size products. Our company takes pride in complete sanitation and safety that no returns are accepted. Contact us with any issues that you may experience with our product.

What is your company's cancellation policy?

You have 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

My order says delivered and it's not here.

Each order is provided with a tracking number upon shipping. Please contact the shipping company and provide them with your tracking number and address your concerns. We are not held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Each order is packed with extra care and love
